Media / Tech

Wired at 15.

WIRED magazine’s founders interviewed to celebrate the 15th anniversary.

WIRED magazine changed my life. It introduced me to the possibilities of a networked world and was one of the major reasons I decided to study Electronic Engineering (specializing in Human Computer Interaction). It was where I first met McLuhan, Negroponte, Gibson and Sterling – all huge inspirations. It also sowed the seeds of my interest in media.

Although it isn’t the force it once was I do still read it frequently. Its Listening Post blog is excellent and they still do take risks every now and then (as much as can be expected within the CNverse).
