Yes may be but I don’t really agree with this because in my opinion i guess property marketplace is not the same any more. We see many fears in property market after international economic crisis but yeah still Dubai is improving itself and moving towards healthier place.

Ya the Dubai have become a brand name after the Vegas, Singapore, Hong Kong. But these cities are not so famous between investors as dubai have become it have attracted the tourists as well as investors to invest in different sectors which have made dubai a mega city and dream of everyone. You can say that Dubai is a Brand it self.
