It introduced me to the possibilities of a networked world and was one of the major reasons I decided to study Electronic Engineering (specializing in Human Computer Interaction). It was where I first met McLuhan, Negroponte, Gibson and Sterling – all huge inspirations. It also sowed the seeds of my interest in media.
